Use of Platform

Visro is a software-based comparison and scenario modelling platform designed to assist users in reviewing indicative commercial lending information.

The platform provides general informational outputs only and does not:

  • provide financial product advice

  • provide credit advice or credit assistance

  • recommend lenders or products

  • act as a lender, broker, agent, or representative of any lender

  • guarantee approval, funding, pricing, or lender outcomes

All platform outputs are indicative only.

No Guarantee or Reliance

Information, rankings, estimates, approval indicators, repayment figures, commissions, rates, policy references, and other outputs generated through the platform are provided for indicative comparison purposes only.


Users must not solely rely on platform outputs when making lending, financial, commercial, or business decisions.


Users are responsible for independently verifying all lender information, eligibility criteria, policies, pricing, and loan terms directly with the relevant lender before relying on any information displayed on the platform.

Lender Information

Lender information displayed on the platform is compiled from publicly available information, third-party sources, broker experience, and general market intelligence.

Visro does not warrant or represent that any lender information is accurate, complete, current, or reflective of official lender policy at the time of application.

Lenders may change policies, pricing, approval criteria, documentation requirements, and lending appetite at any time without notice.

No Affiliation with Lenders

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Visro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or acting on behalf of any lender displayed on the platform.

All lender names are used solely for identification and comparison purposes.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials

  • ensuring information entered into the platform is accurate and lawful

  • complying with all applicable laws and regulations

  • ensuring they have authority to input any third-party information into the platform

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visro disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, costs, claims, liabilities, or reliance arising directly or indirectly from:

  • use of the platform

  • reliance on platform outputs

  • lender decisions

  • inaccuracies or omissions in displayed information

  • interruptions or unavailability of the platform

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Changes to Platform

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes arising in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
